Positions are almost ALWAYS available for:

Levels of experience: Usually 1-year minimum to Partner level. Many times we can match you up with our client-firms and create an ideal position for you.

Any workers' compensation experience, applicant and/or defense

We can sometimes create unique and lucrative positions for the very experienced. Our knowledge of our client-firms allows us to MATCH-UP your experience level to our firm's growth plans.
Client firms are carefully chosen to offer the best opportunities for our candidates. We search out hiring firms that have a good reputation in the industry, are reasonable and logical, have good management skills, and which offer aggressive hiring salaries, bonuses, transportation allowances and benefits packages. We avoid the high-turnover firms.
In most cases, candidates must have experience in the workers' compensation industry. Experience may be current or past, and on the applicant and/or defense side. Usually 6-months minimum experience will enable us to assist you. If you are not sure whether you have enough experience, you should call us.
We are frequently involved in the growth planning of our clients. This especially works well for partners and for those seeking to be partners as well as for those bringing business to their new employer. Positions arise for Name Partners, Managing Attorneys of branch offices, etc. Of counsel positions are created. If you can add quality to our client-firms, we have an opportunity to create a position for you.
We have merged some offices and are ACTIVELY engaged in this activity. Firms and sole practioners contact us when it is no longer feasible to continue in their normal course. Strategic and geographic alliances with high-quality defense firms can be established creating quality client coverage in remote areas by other well-established firms. Costs are decreased by such alliances.
